– We provide worldwide shipping, excluding countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Unites States, and Canada. Samaa Carthage Foodstuff Trading llc reserves the right to modify this list and may cease shipping to specific countries without prior notice, depending on circumstances (such as pandemic-related lockdowns, changes in international trade regulations, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen events that may impact shipping logistics or compliance with local and international laws ).

– Upon placing your order, you will receive an order acknowledgment at the email address provided. You can track your shipment by calling +971 558133780 and referencing the order number included in the email. We recommend regularly checking your spam or junk folders, as automated emails may occasionally be directed there instead of your inbox.

– Shipping rates to different countries are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight of the shipment and the destination. Please be aware that any shipping fees paid do not include additional customs duties that may be applicable in the destination country.

– Once the shipment is dispatched, the courier will contact the customer by phone to arrange delivery. The courier will make up to three attempts to deliver the order before returning the shipment to our warehouse. Upon the return of the shipment, we will contact you via email to address the situation. Please note that in the case of a refund, shipping fees will not be refunded.

– Once your order is successfully delivered, you will receive the final automated email update.

 Average shipping days (calculated on a 6 day work week but subject to change during extended public holidays such as Eid holidays etc)

• UAE local deliveries – 2 to 3 working days
• Shipments to Middle East – 5 to 7 working days
• Shipments to Europe/Asia – 10 to 15 working days
• Shipments to Africa/rest of the world – 10-20 working days

If a customer does not receive their shipment/s after 20 days, they should email us on contact@samacarthage.com to inquire about a refund.
